Our 3-steps approach (Learn | Inspire | Experience):
- In day one, we will take them through the most relevant theory, new business models, and real-life case studies.
By the end of the day, your team is at the same level of knowledge and understanding. - This needs to sink in first, so after two weeks, we will return and host a brainstorming session.
By the end of day two your team has identified at least three circular opportunities in your company. - In step 3 your team will bring the learnings into practice and the circular journey can begin.
This will be guided by us by means of four 1-2 hour coaching sessions.
We work with a pool of professional trainers and academic lecturers, with extensive knowledge on sustainability, circular economy and supply chains.

Objectives:
At the end of the day, the team has defined at least 5 circular economy transformation opportunities. This can be input for a 3rd implementation and coaching project.
Implementation
Prerequisite: Team has basic Circular Economy understanding and has defined at least 5 circular economy transformation opportunities.
Practical implementation of one or more of the opportunities.
Evaluation and Feedback facilitated by coach.
Coach is facilitating.
Company-specific (technical)knowledge will be provided by the team.
