Circular Economy in supply chains

3 simple steps to unlock the inspiration of your team

Circular economy in supply chains focuses on reducing waste, reusing materials, and creating closed-loop systems to improve sustainability.

We strongly believe that your team already knows how to make the transformation from a linear to a circular supply chain, but to unlock the inspiration, they will first need to learn about Circular Economy and experience it.

Our 3-steps approach (Learn | Inspire | Experience):

  1. In our one-day training, we will take your team through the basics of Circular Economy.
By the end of the day, they will be inspired, and the transformation can begin!
  2.  This needs to sink in first, so after one or two weeks, we will return and host a guided brainstorming session.
We will not leave until your team has identified at least 3 circular opportunities.
  3. Bring the learnings into practice and start your circular journey.
We work with a pool of professional trainers and academic lecturers, with extensive knowledge on sustainability, circular economy and supply chains.

“In our current economy, we take materials from the Earth, make products from them, and eventually throw them away as waste – the process is linear.
In a circular economy, by contrast, we stop waste being produced in the first place.”

“The circular economy is a system where materials never become waste and nature is regenerated.”

“In a circular economy, products and materials are kept in circulation through processes like maintenance, reuse, refurbishment, remanufacture, recycling, and composting. “

“A designer knows he has achieved perfection not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.”
